Who We Are
At Courage Center, we believe recovery is not one-size-fits-all. We honor all pathways and meet people where they are with compassion, respect, and real support. Our work is rooted in connection, dignity, and the belief that people heal in relationships, not systems. We operate an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and provide Outpatient (OP) and Opioid Health Home (OHH) services that integrate clinical care, peer support, and care coordination to help individuals build meaningful, sustainable lives in recovery.
