Lacey Bailey, LADC CCS

Clinical Supervisor & Program Developer

Lacey May Bailey is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Certified Clinical Supervisor for the Opioid Home Health Program in York County, where she oversees clinical services for 44 recovery beds serving both men and women. With lived experience in recovery and 17 years in the behavioral health field, Lacey brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work.

Currently pursuing her Master’s degree at the University of Southern Maine, she has spent the past 12 years supporting individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health conditions. Her background includes 10 years in direct programming and seven years of community-based work with individuals experiencing substance use disorder and homelessness, including roles as a police liaison, case manager, and clinician.

Lacey believes in a person-centered approach rooted in compassion and evidence-based practice. She is deeply passionate about helping individuals in recovery rehabilitate and reintegrate into their communities—fostering connection, purpose, and a lasting sense of belonging.
